Folks still nasty-ing against Stevens, who just want her to "go away" aren't being serious abt defeating the real problem: The Rep in the race. The primary was pretty close. Dems need her primary supporters voting Dem in Nov. Her gracious concession pretty normal for a primary: party closes ranks.

Sure, Democrats are not perfect and we have some bad apples. But sexual harassment and abuse of women has become an absolute epidemic among elected Republicans because it is the culture of the party under lifetime serial sexual harasser Donald Trump.

The press seems attached to the Democrats in contentious disarray story. It's a story. Yes, there are differences within the party. Always have been. Yes, MI Senate race is nasty. But no. Dems are too various across the states, issues are too various to claim a neat fight for the party's soul.
