Guide says "not required". I say...stop everything and go to Level 8 for the Magical Key at the earliest opportunity. You need Bombs, Arrows, and enough hearts to survive a room full of Blue Darknuts.

As I said...I've been playing this remake A LOT more. it's phenomenal. Tonight, I cleared Venom 2 Expert Mode (Venom 1 Expert Mode was last week), and with that, I think I'm ready to move on and focus my Switch-time on Splatoon Raiders for a while. I'll be back though. Really loving this remake.

Games I Completed in 2026 #10: Star Fox (2026) I completed 2 runs today and saw the true ending. It's an excellent remake. I'll be playing a lot more. I love that Challenge Mode lets you replay any stage you want.
