Five weeks since starting this project, and I think I’m close to ready to let a few people play this weird ass Thing I’ve been working on. Just need to finish a few more puzzles, finish up some art assets, and I’ll have it in an agreeable enough state for a first pass. I am very tired.

My character sprite is still unfinished and looks pretty fucking terrible…but the eyes shifting and blinking during idle state that I did looks -okay- and that is more than I expected to pull off.

I see a lot of very smart people saying stuff like “we have to acknowledge AI is getting better and it’s not going away” to which I always ask who’s paying for it? Because there’s two eventual scenarios.
