Yeah now I know why: my psychiatric provider had me shift my Effexor dose from evening to morning and when I typed this I had just had my serotonin plummet a few hours after I hadn't taken it. This morning I woke up from a horrible dream and couldn't conceive of a reason to ever get out of bed.
