This is a good example of why Democratic Party justifiably wants New Hampshire out of going first and South Carolina and Nevade moved up. Not only candidates but the machinations of a campaign like polling need to be able to ID & engage diverse areas & demos accurately, especially to win nationally

Looks like a 10-15 point polling miss in Michigan regardless of who wins. And people have been writing a lot of electability takes using this data. It’s dangerous out there folks be safe

Expect her minions in DC media and Maine media to dutifully portray this as a bold move when it's the same old story if Thune needed her, he'd have her. See, for example, Brett Kavanaugh Any Hill reporters who uses "🚨 Breaking News" on an expected Collins vote is pretty much on her comms team

Thanks. Yes, that's what I was trying to say, but took too long to get there. Our politics community is strong, and I'd love for us to expand into new communities. Science and sports have already taken off. Birding, gardening, K-pop, we're open to all (except nazis and jerks).

Imagine if the lesson we learned from the "everything wrong with kids is because of screens" blowback is not that some other, singular and tidy explanation is the cause, instead, but that the whole industry of singular, tidy, behavioral-scientific explanations for complex problems is, well, stupid.
