I am going to be lurking here this week for the most part— but I’m here 💖 I get a CT scan tomorrow for what I’m guessing is Diverticulitis. My stepdads home from the hospital after having his LVAD placed. Oh and I found out I’m pre-diabetic today. 😅 woof 😮💨
It’s actually kind of amazing and infuriating that taking little walks makes brain feel better. I love my nest— so it’s difficult sometimes for me to leave… but my gosh, when I do… and have my headphones listening to Haute & Freddy. It’s like 😮💨 this is what Michigan Autumn should be. 🍂

Really not a fan of low fod/ low fiber diet for gastric issues… As someone with ARFID it has tanked my already very small safe foods. 🥲

I wore my long sleeve shirt that says “the worlds fucked have fun while you can” to see my step dad at the hospital today. He really got a kick out of it— as well as a staff member on an elevator. So my work today is done. 🥰🤪🥸
