As I recall, the republicans handling of Covid was not a great election strategy in 2020.
If someone would have told me 20 years ago that the US government would actively pursue policy and actions to make Canada an enemy I would have dismissed it outright, but here we are.

My We Energies gas and electricity bill for 6/9 to 7/9 was $28. Lots of AC use the past month, electricity consumption up from last year. With my new solar/battery electricity was no charge. Summer is the largest season for electricity usage, my solar/battery is providing all my electricity.

I cannot recall a time in my life when fires in Minnesota and Ontario made it so smoky here where I live. The smell is like being in a smoker, I can see the smoke blowing/drifting in the breeze and everything outside is lit up in an orange haze.
