i'm not usually one to pay much attention to meme trends, but the Forgotten Man tree in all the styles of various games is actually so fun
Today is the birthday of cartoonist Jackie Ormes (Aug. 1, 1911-Dec. 26, 1985), the first Black woman to create a newspaper comic strip that was read nationally in the US. She created Torchy Brown in Dixie to Harlem, Torchy in Heartbeats & Patty-Jo ‘n’ Ginger. Patty Jo became a toy doll.
It's nice to see the timeline of how long it took Tolkien to write the LOTR trilogy. 18 years and it's not even comics
I’m also kinda tired of seeing folks who are against genAI using ChatGPT like what if we had some solidarity and consistency in our morals
I'm cringe and put effort into my instagram stories because, while instagram is getting increasingly harder for artists to use, I like the idea of putting more eyes on artists and causes I'm boosting. I make a lot of custom borders and stickers, and then layer them all together to create frames.

just a bad dream #deltarune
obsessed with the term "conventionally weird" because i know that when i say it most people know exactly what i mean
HOP ON LIGHTNERS LIVE PLUS ‼️‼️‼️ ezioeagle.itch.io/lightners-li... this is one of the coolest things i've seen. has a bunch of songs from deltarune (including ALL of ch3+4) and even a good chunk of undertale tracks
some tips for actually doing this: -shitty is better than incomplete -you are the ONLY one who can do what YOU'RE doing -people LOVE seeing the artist's hand in their work, esp in the age of genAi -the more you say "this sucks," the more you believe it. the opposite is also true
when you're surrounded by what seems like everybody admitting that they feel awful about themselves, it can start to feel normal and expected that you also feel awful about yourself. but actually, it's okay to not want that! you can feel better! it takes work, and effort, but it's on the table!
..they put a bone in Heheh Lmao but yeah ive been wondering how that can happen by accident but idk anything abt 3d models
Okay, I'll put my Blender hat on. *Why* is this happening? This is likely caused by a double deformation. They put in a bone to control the bulge, weight painted it, but didn't REMOVE the weight paint for the pelvis. So the bulge is getting TWO sets of rotation information, which stacks. 🦴 🧡
I also saw these very cool tlingit-inspired costumes from the sleeping beauty ballet that Paul tazewell designed

Donald Triplett, the first person to receive a diagnosis of Autism, lived to be 89 years old when he died 3 years ago. I highly doubt that Nobody got the same diagnosis within the 22 years (for people that would be at Least 70 years old now) after Triplett got his diagnosis
