Philly girl runnin’ down dreams in L.A. I make movies so I can feed my cats. Adventure enthusiast. Concert junkie. Big spooky fan, me. LGBTQ+ safe. 🖤🩶🤍💜

I was showing my aunt and uncle around LA yesterday, doing touristy stuff because they’ve never been here, and I took them to the Rainbow for dinner. Thought I fucked up cause they looked terrified when we walked in. Lol Next time I show people around we’ll just go to Mel’s or something.

To every SA victim reliving their trauma, disassociating, battling rage and fear every day: We survived the hardest part. We made it through, changed, but we're here. Those memories are vampires sapping our very existence, but vampires die in the light. You can borrow some of mine awhile. Love.

Jane Doe, you are remarkably brave. I wish you didn’t have to be. “I am Jane Doe.” Do not let them doxx Jane Doe. If you see their name, you did not. Do not punish the victim. I stand with survivors. You will not take away their power. We believe you.

At basecamp the other day we were getting some women BG ready and a crew member alerted me to a guy in a truck in the parking lot who was creeping on us. I had to get security. At location the other day the locations reps told me the homeowner was “creepy” and to keep an eye on our female cast.

I would like to see more men talking about how to and peer pressuring each other into calling out misogyny and rape culture. Going against social norms is hard, and it helps to share tips and support.
