It began with Integral Politics: AQ/AL All Quadrants/All Levels but even I got dizzy with it. Ma and Pa Kettle might be populists but might think it a gender issue. You’re in denial now, when it dawns on you it’s really happened, you’ll be in shock for months. The rich will be fine, just don’t step out of line.
