I really wish I had been able to write for the Summer Week. I had everything planned out but I just didn't have the time or the ability to sit down and write. I am enjoying everyone else's works though. It's been amazing!
My grandma would have been 10 and my grandpa 14. She was working on her families farm and uneducated (it was the Great Depression). Idk what my grandpa was doing at that time but it probably was trying to flee his war stricken country in hopes of getting to America. So either would have been rough.
