Tonight I may finally get a shot I’ve wanted since I bought a camera, the crescent moon lined up with the space needle. Hopefully, I can keep my wits about me to get the shot and create a magical edit.

Something that sucks about this possible adrenal gland stuff & ridiculously high blood pressure, my mind & body are just a mess of confusion and anxiety. I’ve tried to work on photos and it’s like any creative blood I had has run dry. I know it will come back, but right now, I don’t have an outlet.

Going to the emergency room at 11:30 at night and being there for about 3.5 hrs because you had an allergic reaction to the new blood pressure medication is not something I would generally recommend to people.

Looks like decades of chronic anxiety may have finally caught up with me. An ultrasound here, an ekg and echocardiogram there, then add in some blood tests. It’s why I haven’t really posted any photos. Let’s just say I’m fucking terrified right now.

In my experience, scholars of a particular historical period are the LEAST uptight about "accuracy" in fictional representations of their period, which is why, as a medievalist, I can assure you that A Knight's Tale is the greatest movie set in medieval England that has ever been made.
