Removing change tables & product dispensers overwhelmingly burdens women & folks that menstruate. These indignities are multiplied when someone has unstable housing or doesn't have a home. Reliable access to bathrooms is a basic human dignity. Shame on Ken Sim & ABC for these budget cuts.
