Tomorrow is the Columbus Community Cube Fest!! C4AC Obscura and playing @worklifevalue.bsky.social Mysterybox at Boston Cube Party last month served as inspiration for me to bring a Mystery Cube to our event. This is not an original design, but a copy of an existing, super cool cube 👀 #mtgcube

This is the highest compliment I could receive for this cube. The gameplay is fine and a little choppy/imbalanced, but I am legitimately very proud of making an aesthetic environment blending Marvel, Turtles, Ghostbusters TAS, weird one-off UB stuff and making something aesthetically resonant.

Are Shrines...fun? I've never seen a cube really hit well with them from a power-level perspective (it feels like they almost always underperform), but they also feel like they're at best a fun-to-draft, medium-to-play-against type of strategy?
