Hosted Easter dinner at our place this year. Rack of lamb, dry brined and served with a red wine shallot sauce; green beans; mashed potatoes; and Leek Fondant (aka melt in your mouth slow braised leeks). Bread and Bogle Pinot Noir for wine. Ty becca for the table setting with the good silver.
