I made the decision not to vote for him. I had considered it, went to hear him speak and decided not to vote for him. I am happy with my decision not to. My instincts about him were correct.

Had a swell time riding the North Portland Sunday Parkways route yesterday with my wife, Lisa. 7 miles with my scratch-built 23-pound Proton Pack. Then played 4 on 4 indoor volleyball for 2 1/2 hours. My 65-year-old knees weren't happy.

James Talarico on Texas officially banning THC: “Texans aren’t going to stop smoking weed and eating edibles because politicians in Austin say so. We are now telling full-grown adults how to live their lives. This is the nanny state at its worst; this is big government at its worst."

I don’t expect posting about this to get me paid, and it may well lose me some work, idk. It's scary! But if another freelancer reads this and decides not to pitch them or take an assignment from them, that’s something resembling a positive outcome.

Because this is not ok. I believe that freelancers deserve communication, and we deserve to be paid. So again, if you’re a freelancer contemplating pitching to @vulture.com, or accepting an assignment from them, be aware: this is not, in my experience, a belief that they share. End of thread.

#SDCC comic con: our daughter left her 3D printed black dragon in the restroom near E/Starbucks. She printed it herself and is devastated. We checked the restroom and lost and found which means someone picked it up. If you bring it to 5552 I will give you a signed comic as reward
