Another Wildberries logistics hub has just been hit and caught fire in Aleksin, Russia’s Tula region. The operating first phase covers around 150,000 square metres, while the full complex was planned to reach 300,000 square metres.

Per my post, I don't especially love the idea of district courts issuing "administrative" stays (part of a much deeper incoherence in how courts approach preliminary relief under the APA).
