So how long will it take the DC blob complex to accept: - US lost with Iran - Iran still sucks - The only way to pay them less is to use less oil and LNG from them AND - Build diversion pipelines etc ?? This is hard because green left hates all pipelines, and blob takes a lot of oil money.

Wonderful. There is so much they cannot kill. Ideas, knowledge, humour, love, empathy, music, poetry, information, everything carried in our heads and constantly shared. Words from Rhapsodes’ oral tradition, stories of another war, are still being heard today, as will your stories in 2000 years.

Thank you for the update🙏 What a horrible night and terrifying morning. Reading these news is so sad and disturbing. My thoughts are by the victimes and their loved ones. I wish your day will be kind and you find some rest after this terrible night 🫂 Sending beauty and strenght.

Dear Yara, thank you for your morning update. 🙏 I have been thinking about you, Kyiv & Ukraine after what has been another terrible night. I am in a very special place today, & will light a candle for you & for the people of Ukraine later this morning. I will send you photo. 🫂💙💛

Kyiv. The smell of last night’s attack is in the air. I’m making warcoffee. Reading the news. Warehouses belonging to civilian businesses were on fire. A railway station in the Kyiv region was hit. People were killed.

Video showing simultaneous launch of six Russian ballistic missiles from area in fascist Russia close to Ukraine's border. The missiles are launched from mobile carriers, which can set up in minutes, then quickly retreat to hiding places. Hard to detect and destroy.

New pro-russian talking point, spearheaded by Mearsheimer, is that Ukraine is landlocked, russia is winning but it also means nuclear war. Looks extremely organic and based on reality. Spot the grifter!

What a sad state our country is in when the Senate has to debate whether a President’s former personal lawyer—who has led the burying of the Epstein Files and promised to make Trump immune from tax crimes—should be our nation’s highest law enforcement officer.

Per my post, I don't especially love the idea of district courts issuing "administrative" stays (part of a much deeper incoherence in how courts approach preliminary relief under the APA). But if you were okay with Texas judges doing it to freeze Biden policies, your opposition now isn't procedural.

Gill: All 100 senators last week passed a non-binding resolution condemning any pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell. They're simultaneously considering confirming the guy who met with her and moved her to a low-security facility as the top cop in the United States. That is so insane to me.

Fun fact #2: Tower, a former senator, reportedly was an associate of Robert Maxwell, the father of Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell you may remember was moved to a minimum security federal prison after an interview with AG nominee Todd Blanche, whose nomination now rests on a knife edge.
