As predicted, the Steam Frame is a catastrophic device choice compared to quite literally any other option on the market. Man am I glad I picked up a Pico 4 Ultra while the RAM market wasn't fucked.
Clothe sizes are bullshit. How can I fit into an entire size smaller and without stretch if I buy Amazon Essentials? But if I buy stretch and a size bigger from C&A or H&M it's like I gained 20kg out of nowhere? And then I wear the "L" pants I bought in 2012 and they still fit fine...
Either I'm a horrible person, or a terrible judge of character. Birthday passed with zero friends (IRL or online) wishing me a happy birthday. Maybe it's both. Funny that last year two people swore they would remember, and three years in a row they didn't.
Scammers really don't seem to last long on this platform. In September 2025 I made a public search for a modeller, and checking back almost a year later shows that only 3 out of 200+ accounts are still alive today. The rest is now a "Deleted Account". Crazy real to scammer ratio.
Couldn't find an 82mm extender online, so i just 3d printed one myself. Took 11 attempts, but the final one worked - the prism effect is much stronger now.
I've noticed an alarming trend in my family. Those that use AI have started to become incapable of thinking. Anything even slightly difficulty immediately requires AI. Can't find an artist? AI. Writing a book and stuck? AI. Can't follow a tutorial? AI. They're devolving in real time.

Twitch is requiring new Affiliates, before their first payment, to give government photo ID and a separate photo to Persona, the same Persona that has connections to government mass surveillance programs. When I asked Twitch support for another option, they said there isn't one. #twitch #persona 1/4
The last NextCloud update enabled password expiry against my wishes and since it never warned me about it, I had to fix it with alternative methods: Adjust every pwd_last_updated field in the oc_preferences database table to the latest unix timestamp (date +%s). What a shitshow.
