after reading a bit about the state of college in the era of LLMs my honest reaction is what's even the point of college anymore. this isn't me saying LLMs are epic and replacing the need for college. but it sounds like it's just a place where you go to and play pretend now.

We've basically created a machine that asks every college student if they'd rather play call of duty for another 4 hours each day or do work and that's a pretty rough set of circumstances for people to stay disciplined with their first taste of non-parental freedom lol
