the one good thing about our situation w/r/t hosting is that, since it's 100% *not* usage-based cloud shit, the costs are fixed every month (barring service price increases). a denial of service will knock the site offline but i won't wake up to a six grand aws bill.

Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.
