A society created on self over community is complicit. I lived in China for 6 years and despite authoritarian control you always felt the Gov was wary of the people - 10% marching to Beijing would have been 140 million people. The US needs to do the same and end this regime.
I get it, I just hate seeing people say both sides of the same. When asked why they didn't vote in the election, that was the answer a lot of people gave. If everyone would vote, we wouldn't be living through this nightmare.

If everyone knew that people were down to choose option 1, the risk reduces dramatically. Not to mention, we're already at risk. Kicking the can down the road just means we will have to deal with this later, when it's possibly worse. Instead we're fighting each other on how to get that done.
Because the choice before every person in America is: 1) Risk your income, health, and safety to try and put a stop to this 2) Let the latest atrocity happen, do your best to survive and hope somebody else saves the day. Until like a million people choose option 1, this continues.
