He wasn't just an asylum seeker. Paktyawal was an Afghan special forces soldier who worked with the U.S. Army's 3rd Special Forces Group. He was evacuated on August 30, 2021, entered the U.S. legally and had a pending case with a work permit and social security number. Killed by ICE maggots.

Thank you to everyone who has shared this. The hearing is over for today. DHS has filed a motion to pretermit (end Guan's asylum application in the US) and have him sent to Uganda - where he'd be at risk of being sent to China. The hearing to decide that will be held 12 January.

This is not true. Musk is endorsing (again) a version of the white nationalist great replacement theory, as told by Stephen Miller. It is a conspiracy theory and it was confined to the fringes of the Internet until 10 or so years ago. If true, Harris would’ve easily won in 2024.
