Update to this: looks like I've had a gout flare-up. Ouch. My foot doesn't appreciate the pain but anyone know how to mitigate this for the future? I'm thinking I'm gonna have to cut back on my diet somewhat. tbh... It's been a rough year and the temple that is my body has been taking the brunt.
