Batteries may seem harmless but throwing them in the garbage or recycling bin is dangerous. If crushed or damaged, they can spark fires or even explode. Recent fires at both Spyhill and Shepard landfills were linked to batteries. 1/6
There's a wealthy village adjacent to my small city and we go there often for ice cream. Their streets are full of bikes, ebikes, scooters, golf carts, kids, and slow driving motorists. I attribute it completely to the street design and it pisses me off that we reserve it for the wealthy.

So well written. No members of our household are on AISH/ADAP. But when Smith's UCPers announced the RICHEST prov in Canada was going to cut those with the least, $200 when the feds increased their cheque by $200 - that was a kick in the pants.
