For the first time since 1980 (Royals vs. Phillies), the World Series will feature two teams with no previous championships.
Nothing will take away the pain of 2025 for Blue Jays fans, but the Milwaukee Brewers sweeping the Dodgers in the NLCS feels so good. Happy as hell for their fanbase.

I don’t have a dog in this Padres-Brewers series and every inning is far has felt like a nailbiter. Dunno how anybody with a rooting interest has survived.
