Fuck every single Democrat that has ever been willing to compromise on trans dignity, rights and humanity. I hope you assholes are pleased with yourselves. I don’t know if you could’ve prevented this moment, but you should’ve been fighting every step of the way.

See, people always want to make this just about "sports," but the real upshot here is that, 6-3, trans women can't make a claim under the Equal Protection Clause. And if they can't do that, it's hard to see how they have constitutional rights.

I say this almost every day but The MOST democratic and Democratic thing any of us can do is hold our own “team” accountable. And when we don’t, we end up in administrations like this. I like my leaders to question authority and invite criticism. If you can’t, you should step down.

I say this with no ill will or animosity: if you hate the Democratic Party, then please don’t run for our nomination. Don’t use our resources. Don’t rely on our volunteers. Don’t use our infrastructure. Don’t ask Democrats to invest their time, money, and energy in your campaign.

just quietly in awe of what’s about to happen and distraught that we spend so much energy, time, and money on wars instead of learning what’s out there in this infinite universe that we’re just one tiny part of

Wonder why PlayStation’s raising prices? Wonder why gas is so expensive? Wonder why shipping costs suck? Wonder why we have new insane abuse, incompetence or corruption to discuss every damn day? Who you vote for matters. #NoKings

We are attacking Iran because we believe can with zero accountability. It’s fucking disgusting. And so many of our leaders — in both parties, by the way — are applauding this. The people of Iran are the ones who determine their fate. The U.S. and Israel’s obsession with regime change is abhorrent.

85 schoolgirls. just one is a world, a future of infinite possibilities, a universe. that america has done this atrocity to 85 of them, that it will continue to do even worse... i don't even know what to say. i condemn this with every fiber of my being, but that doesn't feel like enough.

tuned into mainstream American news stations to see what the deal is and of course they're reporting it as business as usual, and not insane colonial overreach with no logical pretense. not sure why I'd hoped for more. this country has a deep sickness.

Not much I can say that would improve anything, but I just want to make it absolutely clear: Trans rights are human rights and should be fought for tooth and nail. Evil governments worldwide are trying to use this vulnerable minority as a wedge issue to exert leverage and make the world worse.

I feel this way about pretty much all vaccine-preventable infectious diseases. You shouldn't be allowed to dump cyanide into municipal drinking water and you shouldn't be allowed to recreationally spread viruses around shared public spaces.

My most authoritarian opinion is that the MMR vaccine should be mandatory, with only medical (not religious or floofy) exemptions allowed. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...
