Thank you for everyone’s well wishes about my father. He is currently okay but will need surgery. I will not detail what happened (he would be upset lol) but it was something both very simple and very serious. It’s very scary how as you age small things can become life threatening

Apparently the initial end/hiatus of the Bleach anime was because reception to filler was so fucking bad and affecting ratings they just decided to call it a day for a bit. I believe this entirely
Also while I’m talking about Bleach- I’m finding a lot of really negative posts about Soi Fong online with little explanation. Is there a reason she’s so disliked? Or is it just. Misogyny.
I had a physical copy of “Color Bleach+, The official Bootleg” when I was 11 and I remember it having been my absolute favourite Bleach thing, but then I lost it while camping. So I bought a new copy of it the other day and- Oh my god this thing has a lot more dirty jokes in it than I remembered

I’m getting back into Bleach after as a kid having read up to the 1000 year war arc, and then dropping at the start of that And like. I’m aware Shounen is notorious as a genre for having a lot of filler. But. What the fuck do you *mean* 45% of Bleach’s original anime run was filler????
