I'd rather watch a YouTube video on a random topic with shit drawings made by someone trying to show they know what they are talking about then watch a YouTube video where its AI generated graphics that are wildly messed the fuck up. To me it shows you know little to noting on your topic.

I do feel that this new therapist might work for me. We had a nice breakdown on things and real easy goals to set. Sadly, I must do this all with a different name so none of you will know it is me. It kind of helps as I need to not lean on support.
I know i said I wasn't going back to therapy, but I do owe some people that much to try it again. This will kill my finances but I will figure something out.
