This is the U.S. envoys' motorcade, presumably heading back to the President's Office or Mariinskyi Palace. Witkoff + Kushner did arrive by train. All of Zelenskyy's team (see pics above) was apparently at the station to meet them.

The skies are still clear in Kyiv and to the west. The US govt plane is still parked at the airport on Poland's side of the border, so Kushner and Witkoff are en route. Interestingly, some European leaders are also in Kyiv to ensure Ukraine is not bullied again.
