We know when trump thinks something that it has to be true. It's like asking russia if they interfered with our elections. Putin says they didn't so obviously our own intelligence community it's wrong.

They are unscrupulous, corrupt, criminals who have no respect for the Geneva Conventions or any respect for the citizens of any nation. The damage they cause to the critical infrastructure will cause slow, excruciating, civilian casualties over an extended period of time. #WarCrimes
