He/him, 26, bi. General nerd, mainly for Doctor Who.
James Bond was always missing one element to be truly brilliant: Peep Show style sex scenes
Expectations for the next Bond are much too high and it’s impossible to please everyone. Here’s the solution: don’t cast the role. Shoot the entire movie from a first-person perspective, allowing the viewer to imagine that they themselves are James Bond
Got a YouTube ad for Mormonism lmao, at least it's something different from the normal AI and gambling ads
My neighbors are having a garden party atm, which is fine on its own but for some reason they're playing Christmas music?? I had to do whatever the audio equivalent of a double take was when I heard "I wish it could be Christmas everyday" coming through my window on a warm August evening
My girlfriend still needs to pay for her dental care. If you have anything to give, we would be so grateful <3
my girlfriend requires emergency dental work and it would mean the world to me if you'd help the butch of my dreams help get back on her feet <3 ko-fi.com/lesza
I rewatched Aliens of London / World War 3 and it's crazy how much better Doctor Who used to be at talking about real-world events compared to now. It's hard to believe the same writer who did such an accurate takedown of the post 9/11 fallout and media frenzy also did The Interstellar Song Contest.

"Do the thing you can do instead of beating yourself up over not doing the thing you're not doing" is honestly life-changing, even life-saving, advice.
This concept was introduced to me as "run the dishwasher twice" and was an important part of my executive functioning recovery as well as my path to self-acceptance.
I am convinced that pictures of David Bowie exist to show me all the clothes that look amazing on him but which, were I to put them on, would make me look like a confused and rumpled toddler resentfully dragged into a JC Penny photo studio
David Bowie, 1982, by Greg Gorman.
It's linguistically interesting how Google it has basically evolved to mean search it up anyway. I've completely moved away from Google (as a search engine at least) but I still say Google it, "duck duck go it" just doesn't roll off the tongue.
I'm actually fine with sounding old.
With a decent PC / laptop and the ability to google problems and follow instructions, you can play pretty much any game from now all the way back to the 90s and beyond. With a console you can play most of the games released for it, but only if the company says you're allowed to.
While I understand the desire to avoid doing fiddly bullshit to game I really don’t think PC gaming is that fiddly relative to its history. You used to have to do crimes to get music to work properly.
Angels Fall First is a brilliantly old school FPS that feels like a mix between Halo and the original Star Wars Battlefront 2. I'm not a big FPS person generally but I've really been enjoying this one. Space battles are amazing too, you can fly the massive ships!
Big fan of how bleak Winterborne Stickland sounds
The area around Cadbury, England is really pulling its weight in the silly names department. #uk
If you win a new comedian competition, they usually get you back next year to headline. Once, I got to do it because the acts who came 1st, 2nd and 3rd had become too successful. So I got the gig by default, just because I was there. What I'm saying is, congratulations Prime Minister Andy Burnham.
every new Prime Minister settling in for six months of trying to fix the UK
MULDER [slapping down plane tix]: Hope you packed your rain coat, Scully. SCULLY: Seattle? Mulder it's the weekend, what- MULDER [handing her a file] Confirmed sightings, Scully. This is big SCULLY [eyes wide]: My God Mulder, what am I looking at here? MULDER: The locals are calling it.. JIMOTHY
This is the point in Sim City where you’re like well I’m fucked
Cool cool cool cool cool cool cool
They should invent a kind of software update that makes things better
At least we don't have to wonder whether or not the people flying England flags are racist now
One time I'm hopeful the UK continues to just copy everything America does. I don't care if it's GMT or BST, just pick one and stick with it.
House has voted to make daylight saving time permanent ☀️ • It next goes to the Senate • The U.S. would keep later sunsets year-round
there's some new scam going around where people post one of these two links alongside some news story - it's originated from an account impersonating @jacobsoboroff.bsky.social, and now it's being spread by other compromised accounts to legitimise it Hopefully @safety.bsky.app sort this shit out
Introducing the Fugitive Doctor's sonic screwdriver, exclusively for CIRCUIT BREAKER 🪛🔊 Discover the new sonic in action in #DoctorWho: THE KALEIDOSCOPE, coming September 2026 to BBC Books bbc.in/CircuitBreak...
A sonic based on the classic design, but with lights and a pocket clip? If there's not an official replica of this made I'll be very sad. Or I'll just get one off Etsy, in which case I'll be very poor.
Not even the Fugitive Doctor is immune to a good gizmo! 🪛 Jo Martin breaks down her Doctor's brand new sonic screwdriver, debuting in #DoctorWho: CIRCUIT BREAKER 👀
Decided to watch Fleabag again on a whim and it reaffirmed my belief that it is a perfect piece of television. The fan in me wants more, but I have to respect that was the best place to leave it.

Whenever I see “BookTok” mentioned on the back cover of a book I pick up at the bookstore I just put it back where I found it. I’m not getting roped into this
