One week on and I'm still thinking about how hilarious and thoughtful Olga Koch's show, Fat Tom Cruise, was. She's a phenomenal performer with some great perspectives on society. Oh, I also remembered that she's in the corner of my profile pic from the @gluefactorypod.bsky.social live show!

Olga Koch absolutely delivered. Fat Tom Cruise is a tight, thoughtful, twisting tale of time travel, testes and triumph. Once more, I'm shouting to the void but I cannot recommend seeing Olga live enough! A hilarious show and a wonderful woman to support!

Had a cute moment with a kid at work today. Her name is Orla, when it came to saying goodbye I smiled, waved and said "Au revoir!" This girl (who is about 7) looked at me, confused at first and then turned very stern. "No, no. It's OR-LA!"

Cute thing I did today: Set up an activity in which kids had to "Help Mr Turtle, he's gotten stuck!" Mr Turtle was underneath a veritable landslide of wooden blocks, carefully arranged in a Jenga-esque fashion. Evil thing I did today: Included some blocks with magnets in them 🙃 I draw this 4 u.
