Dear Readers, I am looking for some recommendations for some more recent works in the French Revolution, the Napoleonic Wars, and English Politics during the 19th century. Not looking to be overwhelmed, but I am I know nothing about the historiography of these topics.

Another busy day in the ferret enclosure. So much to do.
So far the ferrets have not made it to the top of the cage since I put up the overhang. I left the camera running, though, so I will now present you with images of their jam-packed day.
Small, funny kid update: kid went back to Buenos Aires and has had a good time under the circumstances. Kid is currently most excited by the Las Malvinas museum, which kid describes as unhinged, expensive propaganda. Kid will be home in a week.
Kid update: so, this did not work out. Mental health crisis deepened. The invisible person appears to be named Adrian. Host mom - for whom I have a lot of sympathy, although she hasn’t handled this well - is in deep denial and went back on the deal within 48 hours and tried to make kid hang
