Not only is this unconstitutional, it's also incredibly expensive! Either way we're providing housing and services.

Bender@emilymbender.bsky.social · 2w agoThis metaphor is a mess (literally and figuratively, hah), but I think what I'm trying to get at is the difficulty of keeping the full range of problems in view: the systems in general *are* janky, even if specific bits can be engineered to be less unreliable AND AT THE SAME TIME >>
"Do the thing you can do instead of beating yourself up over not doing the thing you're not doing" is honestly life-changing, even life-saving, advice.
