the best HS teams in the country have multiple guys who will be in the NBA in a couple of years. they aren't normal high schools, they're basketball factories. but this literally doesn't matter. the value of women's sports isn't contingent on their performance vis a vis men.

many people will never get diagnosed. maybe you don't have the resources. maybe what you struggle with is sth else, sth not medically recognized or diagnosable, maybe not sth that ever will be. you still deserve to feel good about yourself and to get whatever you need for a fulfilling life
