Fascinating account of the circumstances surrounding the resignation of the previous Commissioner of the Royal Gibraltar Police, Ian McGrail. Not the first chief to have been forced out without due process, but the circumstances are extraordinary.

I am horrified to hear of the death of Giles Peaker or @nearlylegal.co.uk as he was better known to most people. Housing law was his world, and he changed it for the better. I shall miss him.
