Got smollest kid to climbing camp, older kids got themselves to work on their own. Walked dogs, went for a recovery 10k, cleaned out a thoroughly gross pond pump and watched the end of Spain beating Portugal. Now, since grapefruit san pellegrino with gin and a blackberry in it.
Welp, ran my first race in 10+ years. Looks like I can (mostly) keep my marathon pace for, um...5k now? Post run pancakes were delicious, though. Glad I did it, need more running. #StampedeRoadRace2026
