Some good ideas & some stinkers. Local allied nations should be responsible for most USVs & land based, low cost UAVs. Marine littoral doctrine is bankrupt; some service needs to be responsible for sea plane based missile carriers. Doctrine & procurement must be strategy based & not just anti-PRC.
