pro tip for anyone who is also on a journey to eat more protein: those core power bottles u see everywhere with "26g per bottle" advertised in big font on them? they contain less per cup than protein boosted REGULAR ASS MILK. natrel has one that's 18g per cup and lactantia has 20g per cup.
