Didn’t give Spotify my address w/in a week or so of them asking (busy week!) & now my wife who I definitely live with is banned from the Spotify account we pay for — for a year! We’ve been paid Spotify users for 14 years. This is the dumbest, most NPS-reducing way to do this.
