🚨🚨The press briefing yesterday between Pres Zelenskyy, JD Vance & Trump was absolutely devastating and to my mind the lowest point of American diplomacy in modern history. @kyivindependent.com editorial is a must-read acutely summarising this excruciating event.🧵 kyivindependent.com/editorial-a-...

I would have never thought, before the war, that it would be Zizek – of all – who will have the most lucid takes on what is wrong with many leftist views of this war.

An insightful afternoon listening to the Polish Ambassador to the UK, Piotr Wilczek, as Poland takes on the presidency of the Council of the EU. Also, a note for anyone in charge of catering of similar events: (Haggis) pierogi >>> canapés.
This is scandalous & shameful. The leader of the biggest party, part of the ruling coalition, announcing a visit to #Netanyahu, because they're friends. We are the ICC HOST COUNTRY. NL has helped build (and paid for!!!) the #ICC for the past 3 decades. #Nederland #Israel #PVV nos.nl/artikel/2545...
