4th Book Day: Yesterday was difficult but I did make some progress. I wrote about a 1000 words and did quite a lot of reading, that ultimately I decided was not relevant for what I'm writing, but I guess now I know. Not all days are hyper-productive, and I'm trying to be accepting of that.

If you're considering Ohio State's clinical psych program for grad school, you've probably already seen that we're requiring GRE scores this year, so don't forget to factor that into your plans! I'm hoping to take 1-2 students this year ☝️✌️

3rd Book Day: Had to skip last week for travel things, but this week was very productive. Wrote about 6000 words, read a relevant chapter, continued to build out code for an example. Getting close to a full draft of the chapter that I'm working on!

I just returned from two back-to-back conferences. Students, I noticed that a lot of your slide decks had an oddly similar layout structure and I was able to confirm in conversations that these were AI-generated/assisted. Some thought about this for your own professional development: 🧵

2nd Book Day Reflections: Wrote about 1700 words and made two tables and one figure (4 pages). It was easier than last time, mostly because I wrote myself a to-do list at the end of last session, so I'm sticking with that approach. I wrote up the example I analyzed last time, which was fun!
