Having lived in California most of his career, I saw him for the manipulative, charismatic vulture that he really is long ago. His views on the homeless, or protecting PG&E, or podcasting with Nazis, for example, are radical on the wrong side. He is a performative liar. A fascist in Dem clothing.

I knew when I met him, with my young boys looking on, that Gov Gavin Newsom was the real deal. You don’t become the leader of the 4th biggest worldwide economy by accident. I’ve seen him up close: super smart, empathic, and authentic. Our country needs his leadership desperately.

New post is live. A reader asked if having similar steps in a process will create a duplicate content problem for SEO, AIO, GEO, etc... The answer is no. I share why and a few ways you can have similar steps without competition. www.adamriemer.me/seo/similar-... #SEO #AIO #GEO

Do Similar Processes Cause Duplicate Content Penalties?

No, sharing similar steps to solve different problems is not a duplicate content issue when you have proper content and code.

Working with GPT takes patience. The clearer my prompts and the more I forgive mistakes, the better the process goes. When a “clear” prompt gets weird results, I try to spot why so I can improve my wording.

Wrapping up an audit on "Domain 1." If it clicks, I step in as Director of SEO—overseeing these sites plus 2,300 more. I would get to architect the revamping of the entire system for maximum SEO / AI value. Loved my years as a consultant, but ready for my 4th run as a director at a great agency.

Table showing six domains (Domain 1–Domain 6) with major gaps between URLs in sitemaps, pages indexed, and “Crawled” or “Discovered – not indexed” counts.

Example conflicts:

Domain 3: 746,386 URLs in sitemap, 588,216 indexed, but 1.8M crawled-not-indexed and 305,892 discovered-not-indexed.

Domain 2: 1.25M in sitemap, 353,263 indexed, but 921,829 crawled-not-indexed and 697,421 discovered-not-indexed.

Domain 5: 295,860 in sitemap, 399,300 indexed (more than in sitemap), yet 798,391 crawled-not-indexed and 60,472 discovered-not-indexed.

Pattern: Most domains have far fewer indexed URLs than in sitemaps, while massive numbers remain in crawled or discovered-not-indexed status, indicating significant indexation and content value issues.

Many have never truly understood what SEO is nor how it fits within digital strategy, therefore, what type of skillset is needed. However, in my experience as a teacher/ trainer, someone who doesn't want to be educated will never learn. That is a real problem in life generally.

You wrote a great piece, quoted some great minds in the SEO industry and then slapped GEO on it and ruined everything 🤡 dejan.ai/blog/journal...

ENTIRE SITE de-indexed. Client can't figure it out. Hired a technical SEO weeks ago. Can't figure it out. Me: check Cloudflare. You're the 4the site I've seen with this same issue this week, the previous three were ALL from Cloudflare being overly aggressive. Client: Oh hey, it was Cloudflare

PSA on links: On Bluesky, there’s no limit to the number of links you can share, and they will receive the same visibility as your other posts 💙

“Vector Embeddings” discussions nearly always mention “cosine similarity.” The core idea: turn content into vector embeddings and use cosine similarity as a distance metric to quantify semantic relatedness. But Massimiliano highlighted a crucial nuance in a recent LinkedIn post: 🧵 1/5
