Easy to be overconfident in your explanations if you’re an “expert” but there’s a difference between an expert explaning something and an *expert* explainer.

There's a sweet spot where someone understands what they are talking about but can explain it a way that doesn't leave ordinary minds spinning. People who have that skill should be well paid for it. Good teachers, for example.
