I just discovered that Jonathan Glazer (who directed the movies “Under the Skin” and “Zone of Interest “) also directed the Jamiroquai video “Virtual Insanity,” and this small fact has completely blown my mind.

I was just listening to an Italian language tape tape on the way home from work, and it occurred to me that that “dinero” in Spanish came from the Latin word “denarius,” and my mind was completely blown. (I realized this because in Italian “denaro” is still a word for money).
I am trying to acquire some proficiency in Italian, and it is sort of painful .
