Accountability post : Will reach out to at least 1 MH specialist to get a first appointment within 2 weeks. Baby steps again, because I can't keep going like this.

Update : done! As of today 🎉 Said doc is a GP, but I needed to see one for 2 other issues so I decided to take that opportunity to get a referal, which I got ☺️ Now on to look for an MH specialist and get an appointment 💪🏼

I am currently reading this fic, and while I have not finished it yet I can say this is incredibly sweet and heartbreaking. As someone with similar depressive episodes as the one that happens in the story, I feel both very seen and gut-punched at the same time. I can't wait to read the rest.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful
