Leg controls. For the foot to rotate outward in a straight leg scenario, there’ll be a slight twist at the knee and most of the rotation will come from the upper leg (femur). Bent leg position (90 def), the knee is able to rotate more free, the foot has a greater range of side to side rotation. 😱

#b3d question. Mouse wheel does not effect proportional editing size. Instead it zooms in and out. Did I disable some setting by mistake? PgUp/PgDn works fine.
