I’ve been a bit light on posting art stuff because I’ve been painting a Jungle Cruise themed mural for our nursery. It took two weeks to do. I’ve never painted a mural before so it was a bit of a learning curve and required patience. I’m happy with the result, hopefully our baby will love it too! ❤️
In these chaotic times, having a familiar soothing British voice tease a podcast return is what I needed to today. @thingsbydan.co.uk’s Make It Then Tell Everybody was my go to comics podcast during the pandemic, which was perfect for my then daily neighborhood walks. Glad it’s coming back!

To reject the US as a fundamentally American country with a deep shared history and commonality with the rest of the Americas, including that Spanish has long been our de facto national second language, is on a deep level anti-American. It's hating actual American culture and history and tradition.
