I am incredibly thrilled and humbled to announce that I will be playing rhythm guitar for Elisa C Martin's performance at Mad With Power next year, playing her stunning classic album "The Gates of Oblivion" from her time in Dark Moor in full. Words cannot express what this opportunity means to me

What it is like to be a blue collar musician in 2026 "I will dance on the gunwale As the ship's going down I will write no solemn epitaph For a world thats gone insane If there is no tomorrow Even then will I know As long as the minstrels are playing All is not in vain"

The musicians in the movie Titanic playing music on the deck of the ship as it sinks

I may be heartbroken and quite sick but the number of people who told me in person or who have messaged/commented since Sat going "holy shit" about what a tight live guitarist I am is pretty cool. It got me the Elisa's Dark Moor gig, so all that practice paid off.

It might be sometime before we play King of Rome again - we are going to retire it out of the setlist for a while as it is an ancient song and we are working our *eighth* album and much since is just simply more popular with fans, but it felt so good to hear people sing it again
