No more Sims games for us. No more EA games either, for that matter. Some words on why.
Daaaamn. “AI is the asbestos we're shovelling into the walls of our technological society. Our descendants will spend generations digging it out again, and the longer the bubble goes on without popping, the longer it will take to repair the damage." www.thenerve.news/p/cory-docto...

I got D&D today and itssssss almost 90 degrees. I love my friends but whyyyyyy. Wanna turn off the lights and welt into a raisin.
Fields of Mistria is launching fully into 1.0 tomorrow!!! I'm so proud of the team for not only making a game happen (impossible task) but also making it one of the best games ever (great news for me AND you!!)

They still do, at least Nintendo of America does. If you watch a UK Nintendo Direct you'll see that they just say "game" instead of "the [game] game" like in the US. Which means that they make the narrator record two versions of the same line every time he mentions the name of a Nintendo game.
It's Textile Tuesday, and you know what that means: a piece by artist Faig Ahmed called "The Dragons of Karabakh" that's woven to look like an antique Central Asian carpet is melting off the wall into a puddle. More about the artist here: faigahmed.com
Hmm. Think I'm gonna bow out of the Fortune's Weave Direct tomorrow. Idk, I've just kind of enjoyed playing games and not having all the answers before I play. I played Three Houses like 12 times, I'm sure I will similarly sniff out every inch of FW once it comes out.
In the process of world-building a setting (for solo TTRPG purposes, but also future stories to share). It's a very "the unseen gods exist here and they've Fucked Up the land, look at that Weird Mountain" sitch, so I'm using Mythic Bastionlands' myths as inspo and I am having an absolute delight.
